Aromatics of white florals, lime blossom, granny smith apples, and citrus fruits. Builds in flavour, with a subtle minerality, hints of lemon curd and sourdough, with a savoury tone to finish.

Smooth and lush on the palate, fleshy in texture, dry and medium bodied, bright mineral acidity gives structure with fruit weight and texture to balance.
