Crafted from Olek’s two iconic vineyards — Starderi and Roncagliette — along with fruit from an exciting new Barolo site. Born from a challenging and rainy vintage, it was created when Olek drew off some juice after three days of maceration (Saignée method) to give his Barbaresco and Barolo greater concentration.

The result is a delicious wine that carries the vibrant fruit of a rosé, yet the depth, elegance and finesse of his fine reds.
