🍷 Traditional Method

Tasting Notes

A traditional method sparkling wine made with a blend of Georgian grapes and Qvervi.

Vibrant and minerally driven in character, light bodied and dry, textured between energetic acid, soft breadiness, and a lively fizz.

Freshly baked bready, salty-saline, and light citrus fruit aromatics. Opens up in flavour, with rich lemon pledge and minerality, supported by sourdough and a subtle nuttiness.
