Beautiful Toscana Rosso from a 5th generation winemaking family that elegantly combines power and freshness. Alcoholic fermentation with indigenous yeasts and malolactic fermentation in concrete tanks. Aged in concrete and stainless steel tanks for about 1 year.

ABOUT THE PRODUCER

Pacina is located in Castelnuovo Berardenga, along the ancient road that connected Arezzo and Siena, in the Chianti area of the Colli Senesi.

The winery is in an ancient convent, dates back to the X century, and the 10 hectares of vineyard belonging to the Pacina estate are surrounded by another 15 hectares, divided among, olive groves, orchards, vegetable and cereals. The love for the land and the environment has always guided this family, which has cultivated its lands for five generations with the philosophy of respect for nature and its rhythms. Giovanna and Stefano work mainly with Sangiovese, plus some Canaiolo, Ciliegiolo, Trebbiano del Chianti and Malvasia.
