Black cherry, bubblegum and forest floor aromas with more purple and blue fruits on the palate. Soft and flavoursome with smooth fruit and fresh acidity. 

65% whole bunch topped with destemmed berries in stainless steel. Sealed and left alone for 5 weeks before being basket pressed.

Great drinking with a chill or at room temperature. Assuming that room is also chilled.
