Fully of juicy red and dark fruit, rhubarb and gooseberry on the nose, with red and black currants, plums, and dark berries, with granite, fruit spice, and tomato leaf. Light to medium bodied and dry on the palate.

NERD NOTES

Organic grown grapes, sourced from the Nagambie Lakes

Fermented on skins in small pots, with gentle pump overs and hand plunged. Pressed off into and aged in old oak barriques.

Made with minimal added sulphur.
