A terroir driven Cinsault from the Itata Valley that is full of clarity and precision.
Spice rich on the nose, opening up with scents of dried flowers and smoke. Near weightless on the palate, elegantly fine tannin, vibrant mineral acidity, and a stony texture. Flavours of brambly berries, pomegranates, red and dark fruits, a touch of pepper and spice. Finishes with crisp freshness.

NERD NOTES
Cinsault, grown from 4 granite soil vineyards in Guarilihue Alto, Itata Valley.
Grapes are harvested by hand.
Spontaneous fermentation using indigenous yeasts and 100% whole clusters. Fermentation occurs at low temperatures in oak tanks for 15 days, with 12 days of maceration on skins.
Wine is aged for 1 year in concrete and large oak casks, before bottling.
