Plump and juicy on the palate, medium bodied, with chewy tannin and a touch of earth on the texture.

Estate grown organic Cabernet Franc from Summerville, McLaren Vale.

Hand destemmed, fermented on skins for 16 days with wild yeast, aged in concrete eggs.

Minimal added slphur.
