Great, plump and juicy wine from Uffe, the Danish winemaker based in a shed in McLaren Vale.

Lots of vibrant and chewy plums and berries, red and dark, on the fore, with a green leafy touch to it. Plump and juicy on the palate, medium bodied, with chewy tannin and a touch of earth on the texture.

Marvellous fun to drink.
