Straight Listan Negro from various plots across the island. Old Listan Negro vines are so rare on Lanzarote that it needs to be cobbled together from the few remaining plants of multiple vineyards.

Fresh and light and full of depth. Dark fruits, red cherry and spice. Volcanic minerality on the nose, with a touch of Cab Franc-esque leaf, gundpowder, black pepper, and florals.
