An elegant and intense Nebbiolo, but not quite as we know it - it's sparkling, rose, and called Chiavennasca?

Violet, sweet pastry, and wild strawberry aromatics, which carries over to its flavour.
Fresh on the palate, gently vibrant in texture with a fine long-lasting fizz, dry, structured, and a long smooth finish.
