Ripe, fleshy red fruits, with strawberry, raspberry, red cherry, and redcurrants, along with blood orange, and fresh wild herbs.

Fresh and powerful on the palate, smooth and crisp in texture, and bright acidity.

NERD NOTES

Mourvèdre 40%, Grenache 30%, Cinsault 30%. Estate grown, from 60 to 80 year old vines, on limestone soils.

Manually tilled with organic viticulture.

Hand harvested and sorted. Direct pressed as whole bunches, fermented in stainless steel tanks, with no malolactic fermentation.
