Bright yet softly textured on the palate, fresh acidity providing a light amount of zip while keeping those the easy drinking style.

Gamay from the Margaret River, Western Australia.

Made in classic Beaujolais style. Fermented with 10 days on skins, before being aged in a combination of old oak and stainless steel for 3 months.

Bottled unfined, unfiltered, and with minimal added sulphur.
