Rich citrus fruit flavours, fresh notes of grass on the nose, toasted honey, and lovingly spiced.

Fresh and light on the palate, dry, balanced between a tangy acid line and phenolic grip from the skin contact.

Grown and fermented on Wadandi Boodja - Margaret River, WA.

Grapes from old Semillon vines. Harvested in early March, 2025. Gently pressed, naturally fermented in new oak for 6 weeks, before being aged in stainless steel for 6 months.

Unfined, unfiltered, and bottled with minimal added sulphur.
