Oloroso-like on the nose with some of that classic oxidation and nutty spice, the palate shows more of that sherry twang alongside some toasted candied nuts, apple compote and quince.

Super interesting and not a wine you'll soon forget.

Estate grown, organic Chasselas grapes from 80+ year old vines on grantic soils around Cebreros in the Seirra de Grados.

Fermented for 30 days on skins, barrel aged with intentional oxidation as the base of a solera system.

Minimal added sulphur.
