An easy drinking red blend that's perfect for the summer warmth!

Plush fruit flavours of plum, currants, blueberry, blackberry, and a hint of raspberry, a touch of spice, and hint of earth.
Super fresh on the palate, dry, structured with subtle a tannic grip and balanced by lively acidity.

Grapes: Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah from Orange, NSW.

Grapes were picked and vinified separately (with native yeasts) before being blended together.

Cabernet Sauvignon underwent a gentle cool maceration. Syrah had one day of skin maceration before being drained into neutral French oak to finish fermentation.

Bottled in March, unfiltered.
