Part Samurai. Part Cop. All Samurai Cop.
Joe Marshall is a cop (?) who has come to Los Angeles to clean up the streets the only we he knows how; with extreme bodily harm!
Armed with his standard police issued katana, Joe must face off against the ironically named Katana Gang and their fearsome leader Fuji "Fuji" Fujiyama. Wigs, arms and puns will fly in an epic battle of the ages?
Get ready for what critic and audience alike have described as "weird", "stupid" and "possibly a movie". Its SAMURAI COP!!!

Samurai Cop (1991) is the American fever dream of Iranian director Amir Shervan, a filmmaker who made a series of cheap and insane action movies in the late 1980's and early 1990's.
The film was shot quick, cheap and poorly. The movie disappeared on release but resurfaced in 2010 when a VHS rip surfaced online.
It is full of strange dialogue, awkward fight choreography, and terrible (terrible) jokes. Everything is awkward, terrible and really quite funny.
All hail Paper Mache Lion.
ABOUT THE CLUB
They’re back. Terrible and brilliant. Delusional, Inspired. Naked and shivering in the alley behind the theatre. Those films. The ones we don’t talk about in polite company. Twisted little darlings all. They have returned to exact their revenge upon an uncaring world. We live in a society. A film society.
DISCLAIMER
