From Duncan Savage. 89% Grenache, 11% Cinsault from high-altitude (600–680 m), dry-farmed bush vines on sandstone soils. Indigenous fermentation with 10–20% whole bunches. Matured 10 months in concrete eggs and neutral 500 L oak barrels.
