A powerful yet fresh and cleaning Chardonnay-Sauvignon Blanc blend from the Adelaide Hills.

Aromatic florals, ripe lemon and citrus fruits, yellow stone fruit, opening up into intense fruit notes, and a saline core that runs from the start to the very end. Lush on the palate, with a persistent briny-mineral acidity, gently textured from a touch of skin contact on the Chardonnay, resulting in a beautiful fresh and clean wine.
