A beautifully lush and flavourful Chardonnay from Forreston in the Adelaide Hills.
Lemon, from rind to pith, ripe yellow stone fruit, with roasted nuts and lightly toasted brioche. Lush on the palate, creamy texture from extended lees contact, bright acid that keeps it all balanced, finishes with fine tannin and pure fruit.
Chardonnay, nurtured by Martha Valkenburg from Forreston, Adelaide Hills. No sulphites added. No fining/filtration.
