The Wine:

Juicy and flavoursome with lots of jubed black currant fruit and cola notes. Splashy and textual on the palate, with a lively bright feel. Light style red. Lovely with a slight chill.

Nerd Notes:

Sieman is the project of three brothers, (with the youngest brother actually wanting to join in and be involved NICHOLAS!) hence the name which means six hands in the local dialect. The vineyards are managed organically with a focus on local varieties. Part of the land is also allowed to remain as woodland.
