Well integrated oak. Underripe tropical fruits, starfruit, longan, jackfruit. An earthy nuttiness, cashew, marzipan complexity balances the very rich, creamy mid palate.

Nerd Notes:

Organic and biodynamic farming (Demeter certified in 2023 - the first Chinese winery to do so).

Hand picked grapes, slow and gently pressed, temperature controlled fermentation with indigenous yeasts. Aged in new Burgundian oak barrels for 8 months.

Minimally filtered in the traditional Bordeaux method and minimal added sulphur before bottling.
