Well integrated and rich on the palate, with expansive yet fine lines of tannin.

Fruit flavours of ripe dark cherry and black fruit, with notes of cocoa, toast, and nutmeg, alongside shiso leaf, shiitake mushroom, and pu'er tea.

NERD NOTES

Cabernet Sauvignon, organic and biodynamic farmed, vineyards located at 1,200 metre high in Ningxia, China.

Grapes are hand picked and selected. Then cold macerated, temperature controlled fermentation with wild yeasts.

Aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, 50% new oak and 50% 1 year old.

Lees racked. Filtered with traditional Bordeaux methods. Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
