A fleshy and fruit driven Cabernet Franc.

Juicy blackberry and blueberry fruits, blackcurrent, graphite minerality on the fore which gives way to a subtle spiced toned and a pleasant slight bitter leafiness.

Flesh on the initial sip, giving way to a lean core, dry, structured with grippy tannins and a tight acid line, with a sharp acid driven finish.

Cabernet Franc grown by Geoff Hardy, at the K1 Vineyard, in Kuitpo, Southern Adelaide Hills.

Handpicked grapes, fully destemmed, which saw three weeks of skin maceration before being pressed into seasoned barriques. Matured for 9 months in barrels, before being blended and aged for a further 9 months before bottling.
