Ripe raspberry, strawberry, and red fruit flavours, touch of earth, savoury spices, hints of eucalyptus, and a light herbal touch for a moreish finish.

Fleshy on the palate, dry, enveloping mouthfeel from a chewy tannic structure, balanced out by a sharp acid line.

Pinot Noir grown by Jack Nelligan in the Adelaide Hills. One hectare of vines, grown in dark grey and brown loams mixed with some quartz gravel soil, with organic cultivation..

Handpicked grapes, full destemmed, macerated for varying periods. Matured for 10-11 months in 300L and 500L barrels, before being blended and aged for 9 months in tank.
