Tropical fruit on the fore, with passionfruit and pineapple, zesty citrus, lime leaf, and a touch of herbs.

Fresh and textural on the palate, vibrant in your face acidity, and a moreish finish, for a super smooth sip.

Nerd Notes:

Sauvignon Blanc grown with a long, slow growing season, with very cold nights helping it retain acidity.

Grape juice was macerated for five days on skins, racked, and pressed into 2 old barriques, a new Jura oak puncheon, a 900L egg, and a stainless steel tank.

Rested on lees for 10 months after fermentation, bottled in January, 2023.
