Aromatic with florals, golden fruits, and a fresh saline hint on the nose. Builds in flavour, with ripe pomelo, peach, citrus, tropical, & stone fruits, subtle dried herbs, and an underlying saline-minerality.

Light bodied and dry on the palate, smooth in texture, with fresh acidity and a moreish saline core.
