Pretty aromatics, notes of red cherry and sweet spices.

Delicate raspberry and strawberry flavours, accompanied by cherries and plums, with cinnamon, cloves, and a soft savoury spice character.

Silky on the palate, light to medium bodied, vibrant acidity balanced with gentle tannin, making for a smoothly textured and slightly crunchy sip.

NERD NOTES 

Grapes were destemmed (15% left as whole bunches), crushed, and cold soaked in tank to extract colour, tannin, and aromatics. Gentle pump overs with done twice daily.

The juice was macerated on skins for 8 days, before being pressed to tank, settled, and then underwent malolactic fermentation and aged in 3 year old French Oak barriques for 7 months.

Wine was cross flow filtered with minimal added sulphur before bottling.
