A boundary-pushing bottling from one of the Mosel’s oldest estates. Staffelter Hof’s Little Bastard gets its name for good reason: it breaks all the rules.

This wild skin-contact blend brings together Riesling, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat and Müller-Thurgau — a mutinous line-up for the region, fermented on skins for 2 weeks with native yeasts, bottled unfiltered, unfined, and with minimal sulphur.

Expect a hazy golden pour and intense aromatics: orange peel, wild herbs, yellow florals, dried stone fruit, and a streak of electric acidity. Textural, grippy, and dry — it walks the line between chaos and clarity.

A proper orange wine from people who know what they’re doing and choose to misbehave anyway.
