Tons of cherry fruit - red, dark, and sour, all fresh and juicy - along with notes of fennel seed, cola nut, and lightly spiced tones. 

Crunchy and lifted on the palate, a glossy fruit grip on the texture, soft tannins and a splash of bright acid.

Perfect to drink chilled or at room temp. Great value and eminently drinkable.

NERD NOTES

Sangiovese from Hilltops, New South Wales.

Gently macerated on skins for over 3 weeks, before being matured for 11 months in old oak barriques.

Minimal added sulphur at bottling
