A soft and easy drinking Grenache from South Australia.

Packed full of juicy red berry fruits - raspberry, strawberry, and cranberry - supported by peppery spiced tone and dried cooking herbs.

Soft on the palate, lightly chewy mouthfeel, structured between gentle tannins and a fresh acid line.
Nerd Notes

Grenache from Riverland, South Australia. Vines were planted in the 1950s, growing in reddish sandy loam soils on limestone bedrock.

Grapes were handpicked, destemmed, and then fermented with wild yeasts, seeing seven days of skin maceration.

Gently pressed to tank, where it was aged for 6 months and underwent malolactic fermentation.
