Direct pressed Primitivo into steel then beautifully transformed into a rosé pet nat. It's bright, red fruited, fun, and shares both name and bubbly personality with the producer's wife.

Bright red fruits - strawberry, redcurrants, cherry - juicy peach, a hints of citrus - tomato and pomelo - with fresh herbs and a touch of vanilla. Bright, with a delightful fizzy texture, a touch sweet, and vibrant acidity.
