Amaro-like tones, raspberry, red cherry, rose petals, and fresh herbs on the nose.

Red and sweetly fruit in flavour, with raspberry, red cherry, and plum, supported by a salt-driven minerality and subtle herbs.

Fresh and bright on the palate, light to medium bodied, lively mineral acid, with a crisp line of subtle tannin.

Nerd Notes:

Fourty year old Aglianico vines, grown on clay and limestone soil. Vineyard is managed with organic and biodynamic practices.

Spontaneous fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel.

Aged in stainless steel tanks.

Bottled unclarified, unfiltered, and no added sulphur or other additions.
