🍇 📍 Langhorne Creek

🍷 Soft & Textural Whites

Tasting Notes

A zesty and textural Greco by way of Langhorne Creek.

Fruit forward, with crisp apple, peaches, white nectarine, grapefruit, tangerine zest, and orange blossom highlights.

Fresh on the palate, medium bodied and dry, with a broad mouthfeel and a touch chewy in texture, with vibrant acidity and rounded by lees-aging.

Nerd Notes

Greco grown by the Elliotts in Langhorne Creek, South Australia, with sustainable viticulture and biodynamic practices.

Fermented and aged in stainless steel tanks, where it is aged on fine lees (with no malolactic conversion).
