🍇 📍 Loire Valley

🍷 Soft & Textural Whites

Tasting Notes

A delicate, lifted, and balanced Chenin Blanc from the Loire - windswept in all the right ways.

Fresh in character. Aromatics of pastis-like anise and hints of fennel, which give way to ripe pear fruit, almond notes, and mineral tones.
Fresh on the palate, dry, elegantly textured between a sea swept saline character and a core of fresh mineral acidity, whilst still being soft and delicate.
