Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc

Floral and fruit on the nose, with hibiscus, rose, and white currants. 

Guava, passionfruit, and lychee compote, with white peach and a subtly stark minerality. 

Juicy and lush on the palate, light bodied, rich acidity, a crisp yet smooth texture, and a long fruit driven finish.

Another banger from these guys. Sooo good.
