Sandy loam over red clay. Made oxidatively. 2 weeks on skins, then pressed into old French oak. Some restraint in this vintage from the cold season.
Curry leaf, white pepper, a touch of bergamot, customary apricot sorbet. Texture for days. Scrumptious.
