A juicy, fruit forward red wine from Provence in the south of France.

Aromas of black fruit, florals, and earth. On the palate, textured and mineral with black fruits, citrus, spice, licorice and earth. Light bodied but dense and fruit forwards.

NERD NOTES

Estate grown Mourvèdre (40%), Carignan (40%), and Syrah (20%).

Hand harvested grapes.

Fermentation begins with semi-carbonic maceration with native yeasts for 8 days, before being being pressed for a further 7 to 8 days, all with controlled temperatures.

Wine is blended before bottling. Minimal added sulphur.
