Aromatics violets, red fruits, strawberry candy, and gooseberry fruit flavours.

Fresh on the palate, light bodied and dry, with a crisp mouthfeel, bright acidity, and a subtle tartness on the back palate.

NERD NOTES

A blend of Grenache (50%), Cinsault (40%), and Syrah (10%).

Grapes were hand harvested and vinified separately.

Cold soaked before being pressed. Fermented with native yeasts.

Blended before bottling.
