Skin Contact blend of Zibbibo from Riverland, SA and Sauvignon Blanc from Orange, NSW.
60% Zibbibo, 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Straight into the basket pressed on arrival, the Zibbibo spent two days on skins and the Sauvignon Blanc 7 hours, before pressed direct to barrel.
Spontaneously fermented, aged in barrel for 10 months, before being blended, racked, and bottled.
No added sulphur.
