Full of nectarine and passionfruit fruit, all fresh, dried and textural. Classic skin contact texture on the palate, yet light, dry, and full of juicy fun.
Nerd Notes

Skin Contact blend of Zibbibo from Riverland, SA and Sauvignon Blanc from Orange, NSW.

60% Zibbibo, 30% Sauvignon Blanc. Straight into the basket pressed on arrival, the Zibbibo spent two days on skins and the Sauvignon Blanc 7 hours, before pressed direct to barrel.
Spontaneously fermented, aged in barrel for 10 months, before being blended, racked, and bottled.

No added sulphur.
