Valli Unite 'Rosatea' Rose 2022 | Piemonte, Italy

Fragrant and fresh, with a smoky, herbaceous undertone.  Savory, with notes of cherry and strawberry. Super refreshing! Piemonte rosé.

Valli Unite has been an organic co-operative in Piemonte since 1981, growing and producing EVERYTHING themselves, from wine, to honey, to salumi. 60% of the blend is made of Cortese, Barbera, Freisa. The remaining 40% comes from old vines of Riesling, Malvasia, Brachetto and other aromatic varieties. All grapes are de-stemmed and co-fermented. 24 hours maceration on the skins, then fermented and aged in stainless still for few months before been bottled.
