A fresh and golden oaky Chardonnay from Chile's Casablanca Valley!
Elegant and expressive. Fresh fruit flavours, with green apple, citrus, and white peach, bright floral notes, oak, a touch of butter, and a delicious moreish saltiness. Richly textured on the palate, dry and medium bodied, beautifully balanced between bright fruit and refreshing saline acidity.

NERD NOTES
Chardonnay from the Casablanca Valley. Vines were planted in 2006, with deep sandy loam soil. Vineyard is situated in some of the coldest areas of the Casablanca Valley, with morning for lasting for hours.
Grapes are hand harvested (by March), before being gently destemmed, sorted, and crushed.
Fermentation occurs in stainless steel tanks, lasting between 15 and 21 days.
Aged for a year in a combination of tanks (56%), French oak foudre (21%) and barrels (33%), before the wine is blended and bottled.
