Aromatic florals, fresh notes of apple and pear, and a hint of fennel on the nose. Builds with flavours of juicy citrus, balsamic tones, and an underlying salinity. Bright and crisp on the palate, dry and light to medium bodied, clean saline-mineral acidity, a touch of astringency, and times on less, imparting a smooth creamy texture and refreshing savouriness.
