An energetic and concentrated Sancere.

Complex and expressive on the nose, with floral, citrus, and white stone fruit aromas. Rich in flavour, with fruit notes and a subtle spiced tone all framed by an intense minerality.

Lush and energetic on the palate, incredibly smooth on the texture, dry, with a bright mineral core provides tension, and persistent and elegant on the finish.

NERD NOTES

50 year old vines grown in clay-limestone or marl (Terres Blanches) soil in Sury-en-Vaux in Sancerre, with organic and biodynamic cultivation.

Grapes ae hand harvested. Vinification occurs through spontaneous fermentation with natural yeast in oak tanks.

The wine is naturally filtrated with the cold. Bottled with minimal added sulphur.
