Certified organic Pinot Noir from Black Estate’s Home Vineyard in NZ. Vibrant and energetic, with pleasant reduction on the nose giving way to bright red berries, subtle dried herbs and earth. Crisp acid and a moreish savoury finish.

NERD NOTES
Hand harvested and fermented as 50% whole bunches in stainless steel for 7 days. Basket pressed and back to stainless steel. 9 months on lees, bottled unfined, unfiltered and without sulphur.
