Tasting Notes

Vibrant, expressive, and a touch wild.

Dark plum and black cherry fruit flavours, along with native lilly pilly and muntries berries, pomegranate, a touch of poached fruit, and hints of bush tomato, alpine herbs, and savoury spice.

Fleshy and bright on the palate, fruit driven, tight yet lithely structured, with fine tannin and crunchy acidity held in suspense together.

Smooth drinking, but complex enough to savour with every sip.
