Rounded on the palate, rich flavour, and vibrant acidity. Notes of grapefruit, kumquat, fresh apricot, bamboo salt, yellow skin, dried lemon slices, honeysuckle, and oolong tea. 

Nerd Notes:

Chardonnay grown on Doves Mountain in Qingtongxia and Jingshan in Yinchuan, Ningxia, China

Harvested early to preserve freshness and macerated on skins to enhance structure.

Aged in for a year in old barrels and another in bottle.
