$165.00 AUD

A rare and deeply expressive Pinot Noir from old vines in the Hautes-Côtes de Beaune. Grown biodynamically, vinified without additions, and bottled without compromise. Elegant, earthy, and full of depth.

Tasting Notes

• Black cherry, forest floor, lavender, and fine tannins
• Savoury and structured, not shy by Pinot standards
• Vibrant acidity, floral lift, long, poised finish

Winemaking Notes

• Estate-grown Pinot Noir from mid-20th century plantings
• Whole bunch carbonic maceration for up to 3 weeks
• Basket pressed, aged in old oak barrels for 6–12 months
• No pumping, no additions, zero sulphur throughout

Drinking Notes

Drink now with a decant, or hold it — this one’s got tension and grace. Serve with something warm, mmmm pie, or existential dread in a cottage somewhere cold, bit rainy but damn cosy.
