A classic Sangiovese from Tuscany, yet fresher and lighter than what you might expect.

Juicy cherry fruit notes, alongside dried herbs, spice, and a light touch of earth.

Bright on the palate, textured with characteristic dry tannins, a dash of energetic acidity, and a herbal finish. Vibrant and delicious.
Nerd Notes

Region: Montalcino - Tuscany, Italy
Grapes: Sangiovese

Sangiovese from the south-east side of Montalcino, Sienna, at an altitude of 400-450m on sandy-clay soil.

Harvested in mid September.

Vinified in stainless steel tanks, with cold carbonic maceration, fermented at below 26C.

Aged in stainless steel, bottled in May.
